Carl Bishop is a partner with Ark Ag Law, PLLC.  He was raised in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, and admitted to the practice of Law in Arkansas in 1998.  He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock’s Bowen School of Law.  Mr. Bishop has regularly represented Arkansas farms in matters including farm program compliance and payment limitations planning as well as providing reliable independent counsel in a variety of legal areas relevant to farm business.
